"The entire staff was amazing and made the experience so easy and stress free. I had researched the procedure for the last three years visiting many plastic surgeons in and out of state but never felt comfortable enough to move forward. "I love this place. The nurses are fabulous-they are skilled and detail oriented. The receptionists are amazing! So incredibly smart and helpful.I’m writing an addendum to my first review because I am SO HAPPY! Over the course of the past 6 months I have seen both Julia and Nicole for almost monthly appointments for a variety of things (filler, Botox, and recently a Geneo facial). Both women are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and have brought me results that are above and beyond my expectations. The level of skill, expertise, and the extraordinary “bedside manner” of the people at DeRosa is remarkable and the best I’ve experienced anywhere."
"I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. After searching for three months and seeing numerous other surgeons (including the last plastic surgeon who did my second rhinoplasty revision), I was convinced no one would take on my case and listen to my story the way I needed it to be heard, let alone agree for me to become their patient. I felt totally disheartened and lost!In comes the DeRosa Canter as my last and only hope. From the outset, Colleen (the admin) and Meg (who handles patient coordination) were incredibly friendly and welcoming on my first visit. Colleen in particular has been FANTASTIC about fielding multiple calls and questions from me before and post-op (thank you so much Colleen!). Meg is cheerful and explains the billing process very thoroughly, and always made me feel confident about my choice to work with the DeRosa Center. I was also able to get my preferred surgical date without incident, which meant a lot considering I am a stay-at-home mom with three kids under 9 years old!And what can I say about Dr. DeRosa - she is a DREAM. She is bubbly, attentive, smart, and such an incredible listener. She let me spend a half hour explaining my previous procedures, where I was unhappy with them, and how I wanted to move forward reconstructing my nose after my son had broken it during playtime over the summer. She MORE than met my expectations. She understood that this procedure was more than just fixing a broken nose, but giving to me the nose I had always wanted as a teenager, and I'm nearing 40 today. She showed me pictures of potential outcomes, and I was thrilled! I booked surgery that same day.The day of surgery I met Dr. DeRosa's husband, who also happens to be her anesthesiologist! He has a lovely calming presence that is especially essential right before surgery. It was a special twist to know that the practice was in essence “family run.”Post-op, the NP Nicole took off my cast and showed me my results, and I was stunned! My nose was perfectly straight again, without divots from being broken, and on top of that, was much smaller and looked SO appropriate for my face. I was THRILLED. I opted to also do some post-op Botox with Nicole right on the spot, which I must say was an added plus - she is a great listener and a very skilled technician. Botox isn’t something to play with, and she did a fantastic job. (Thanks Nicole! I can’t wait to come back!)Overall, I just can’t thank all of the DeRosa team enough for giving me my life back (really and truly). I've waited so long to see the face I've had in my mind’s eye become reality, and this group of people achieved it for me. I would recommend the DeRosa Center for ANYBODY, be it for a surgical procedure or even modest med spa tweaks. I love this group of people!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much."
"Beyond pleased with Dr. DeRosa and her team! From the initial consultation to the surgery and beyond. My daughter had otoplasty and the whole it was a very easy experience and she is very pleased with the outcome. Dr. DeRosa was able to answer all my and my daughter’s questions thoroughly and kept her at ease the whole time. It is so convenient that they are able to do the surgery right in the office without needing to go to a hospital, especially now with the hospitals so crowded.The whole staff is terrific, there were no wait times for appointments, everything was done efficiently, but we never felt rushed.If you are looking to have your skin feel rejuvenated I have also been to the clinic for a facial and highly recommend the experience. Both my daughter and I highly recommend Dr. DeRosa and the whole staff at the DeRosa Clinic."

"I just had my initial consultation with Dr DeRosa and was very satisfied, after having seen two or three other facial, plastic surgeons prior. I was highly impressed with her passion, obvious skill and competency. In today's high volume, fast paced, often automaton medical world, her reassuring and gentle manner, after my recent facial trauma, was certainly refreshing, as well as her thoroughness in explaining her proposed treatment plan and followup visits . I will definitely be returning for my continued recovery from my facial injury. "The DeRosa clinic is one of my favorite spots in Boston. I schedule visits around Dr. DeRosa and lead aesthetician, Steven Giannetta’s availability. The practice is located centrally on Newbury Street in the heart of Back Bay. The experience is pleasant and effortless from ease of communication with appointment schedulers to greeting when you walk through the doors. The office is gorgeous with natural light shining through the lobby front windows and meticulously kept modern and spacious treatment rooms. Dr. Derosa’s hallmark is enhancement with emphasis on a natural aesthetic. I never feel rushed when speaking with her and that holds true with the rest of her team. Each member of the team shares an attitude of professionalism, excellence and compassion. Although there is not a treatment I have not liked, I am personally obsessed with dermaplanning and the Vi peel. My only complaint is not having a DeRosa clinic in New York...yet."

I wanted no screw ups and no surprises... Pictures of some cosmetic-surgery-gone-wrong are all over the news, aren’t they... I did my research online and by the word of mouth but it wasn’t easy and results were ambiguous at best. Then one day I wrote a confidential note to a friend who happens to be a widely respected Head of one of major surgical departments at Mass Eye and Ear. His little note back to me was very brief: Dr. Jaimie DeRosa, Boston. I went with his recommendation and 2 months later had the surgery done at Dr. DeRosa’s office on Newbury St. in Boston. As a patient only, in no way being related to or associated with this doctor, I cannot say enough about the brilliant result of the surgery she performed. I’m a very, very happy man indeed and I highly recommend that anybody looking into facial plastic / reconstructive surgery should check her out first! I was not surprised to find out that Dr. DeRosa also performs surgery at the Eye and Ear and that she teaches at Harvard.
