About Our Facility
Located on the famed Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay, the DeRosa Center Facial Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is a premier Boston med spa and facial plastic surgery facility. As soon as you walk in, our warm and welcoming staff will check you in and validate your parking if needed. While shortly waiting in our reception area, patients can enjoy comfy couches and chairs, lots of natural lighting, and our beautiful, modern decor. For your pleasure, we also have magazines available to read. Once we are ready for you and depending on the type of appointment you have, we will take you back to one of our private consultation rooms or a spacious procedure room in our surgical suite. We offer a wide array of med spa services, including chemical peels, laser hair removal, BOTOX®, JUVÉDERM®, and microneedling.
For patients arriving at the facility for surgery or a minor procedure, we have an on-site, QUAD A-certified surgery center. The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (QUAD A) standardizes and improves the quality of medical and surgical care in outpatient facilities. We can proudly say that our facility is one of the few places that maintain this type of accreditation in Boston, MA. With a QUAD A certification, we can perform procedures in a surgical suite within our office. Our surgery suite has an operating room with state-of-the-art technology, including IV sedation and General Anesthesia. Both IV sedation and General Anesthesia is administered by our board-certified, Harvard-trained anesthesiologist physician, and we have a certified scrub technician or a registered nurse to assist with surgeries. After your surgery, patients can recuperate in our comfortable and private recovery room before heading home.
