"I am here to preach the gospel of the DeRosa Clinic.My story: I moved to Boston for graduate school, and I asked my esteemed SF-based doctor for a recommendation in the Boston area, and he directed me to Dr. DeRosa. I now live in Washington, DC, and I trust Dr. DeRosa so much that I called her office for dermatologist contacts in DC. How I wish I still lived in Boston so I could continue seeing Dr. DeRosa!My experience: Walking into the DeRosa clinic was like getting a much welcome dose of sunshine. The women staffing the front desk were always extremely warm and welcoming. Being so far from home, I felt well attended to and well taken care of. As I write this, I miss them so much!Dr. DeRosa was beyond fantastic. She not only addressed every concern of mine, no matter how trivial (eg, the tiniest skin irritation), but she did so with aplomb, grace, and vivacity. And I mean what I say. Dr. DeRosa was not only an extremely skilled doctor, but she was also unbelievably charismatic and caring. I left her offices, not only with my health concerns addressed, but with Soul Cycle class recommendations and networking tips!On-site, Dr. DeRosa also has the most skilled aesthetician. I literally would go from Dr. DeRosa’s office, where she would pinpoint a skin issue, to the room next door, where an aesthetician would perform a rejuvenating facial. I would look at my skin the next day, and it would look brand-spanking new. I don’t think anyone can compete with that.I now live in Washington, DC for work, and I must confess, I miss Dr. DeRosa, her staff, and the office IMMENSELY. "Dr. DeRosa did a perfect job on my rhinoplasty. I saw age and gravity were accentuating the bulbous tip and drawing down my profile when smiling. Jaimie clearly heard and saw the issue, expressed her vision, and performed professionally to give me the best result. I am very pleased. It looks great and just like the computer image initially projected. Moreover, she is very tuned in and caring. She is a lovely, highly trained, artistic, and perfectionistic. The facility was topnotch. I consulted with my doctor friends, even another top Rhinoplasty guy in Brookline, and I chose Dr. DeRosa based upon my research which highlighted her training/skills, communication, and followup care. Her staff is great. She consistently has the same topnotch anesthesiologist. I was made to feel comfortable. My result is just what I wanted. "Went in for a Botox consultation and Doctor Jamie and just did the Botox right then and there. Very happy and prices were great! We didn’t do too much the first time which I was very happy about. The nurse doing the injections was warm friendly and talked through every step. Great clinic!"

I started off looking for a specialized plastic surgeon with experience in facial procedures and rhinoplasty and saw that Dr. DeRosa was one of the head facial plastic surgeons for MEE. "I had done my research on different cosmetic surgeons. I met with Dr DeRosa and that was it. I knew this was the person to have my procedure with. I love the way I look, very natural, and I would absolutely recommend Dr DeRosa to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. You can look online all day but until you sit down with some doctors you’ll never have a good feel for any of them. When I sat down at the Dr DeRosa, I knew I had made the right choice. There was never any doubt in my mind and now after my surgery I am 100% convinced. I have gone back for routine visits just to follow up and one day I ran into Steven Giannetta, Master Aesthetician at the DeRosa Clinic. I scheduled a facial with Steven and my skin has never felt better. He recommended product for me afterwards and he was right on the money with what he advised me to get. I interviewed many other top doctors as well and afterwards found choosing Dr. DeRosa to easily be the best choice. She is incredibly skilled and trained, has the most compassionate bedside manner, has an amazing ability to deeply listen and truly hear, clearly presents only safe & realistic solutions & projected outcomes using advanced technology, strives to accommodate patient desires & needs (both herself along with all of her staff & team) and profoundly cares. The combination is extraordinary and quite frankly rare. I had undergone major facial surgery with specialists due to a medical condition, which gratefully solved my initial health issues, but unfortunately left me with others, both functional and aesthetic. I had also had a bad car accident many years ago and had undergone surgeries to heal those injuries. As a result, my case now was very difficult and complicated from a doctor's standpoint and was also very emotional and frustrating for me. In a very difficult time for me, I gratefully found Dr. DeRosa to help me. She was able to provide most of my care and referred me to incredible other doctors for areas that were not her expertise. She wanted to ensure I got the best care possible and with her help, I did! Dr DeRosa and those she works with could not possibly have been more or done more for me and my husband. Steven was very patient and he took the time to explain to me every step of the process, what he was doing at every given moment and why he was doing it. I also asked Steven for advice with the type of creams that I should use for my face and he recommended a lot of creams which they sell at DeRosa. These creams are extremely cheap compare to what I used to buy. I want to mention that Steven didn’t push for me to buy these creams at all, I asked and ended up buying replacements for everything I normally used because I ended up saving lots of money on this. I will definitely be going back to Steven for more chemical peels and other things."

"I had a rhinoplasty by a different doctor 15 years ago. My nose was poorly done and left me with so many insecurities and was affecting my quality of life. This doctor raised my tip too high, created a deviated septum, made it too thin and I had cartilage poking out of my tip so this was not an easy fix! I was very hesitant to have it done again because I was afraid that it could be even worse. I found Dr. Derosa online and fell in love with her after spending hours on her website. I knew I had to meet her and see if she could help me. Cassandra at the front desk is extremely helpful, booked my consultation immediately, and answered so many of my emails within 24 hours. At my consultation, Dr. Derosa was so bubbly, respectful and understanding. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns at your initial consultation, discusses what she can "realistically" do for you and does some photo imaging. She takes a very natural approach so that you still look like yourself after surgery which is exactly what I wanted. The day of surgery went so smoothly, she called me the next morning to check on me and saw me one week later to remove splint/stitches. My results are beyond incredible and I get compliments every day! Someone that I didn’t know even told me I had the cutest nose and I almost cried with joy! I finally have the nose I’ve dreamed of for over 20 years. If you are searching for the best rhinoplasty/revision rhinoplasty surgeon in Boston (or in the north east because I traveled an hour and a half to see her) look no further. She is the best of the best!!!"

My only request was that I end up with the same nose I started with! Four years later, I've had people compliment my nose, and when I tell them it was reconstructed they are shocked. All credit to Doc DeRosa for her exceptional attention to detail, thorough planning and creative approach to the reconstruction. At each step of the process she made sure I thoroughly understood what to expect, why she recommended the approach, and took plenty of time to answer my questions and address my concerns on pros/cons of different actions. "Nervous? So was I. Never had plastic surgery before in my life. I was a candidate for surgical otoplasty (cosmetic surgery on ears) and wanted to go to the very best there is.
