She is the lead physician and founder of the DeRosa Center Facial Plastic Surgery & Med Spa in Boston, MA. Her boutique center is also one of the only facilities in Boston that has an in-office, Quad A-accredited surgery center. Dr. DeRosa graduated with honors and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia. After graduating from the University of Virginia, she obtained a master's degree in science from Roswell Park Cancer Institute/SUNY Buffalo. Following her master's degree, she completed medical school at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She attended her residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Boston University School of Medicine. While there, she was chosen to be the administrative chief resident. To further complement her specialized skills, she pursued an intensive fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
In 2008, the Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts Eye and Ear Hospital recruited Dr. DeRosa to continue to develop their facial plastic surgery education within the otolaryngology residency training program. Additionally, she is an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and Boston University of Medicine. Through her education and experience, Dr. DeRosa opened the DeRosa Center Facial Plastic Surgery & Med Spa, which offers a boutique approach when it comes to caring for her patients. In addition to maintaining her practice, she has operating privileges at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.

When Dr. DeRosa isn't working, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and continuing to learn. She is a private pilot, too, and is working on getting her instrument rating. About 3 years ago I had the bump shaved down on my nose and a mini neck lift done at this Clinic. All the staff were beyond wonderful and Dr. DeRosa is lovely. My only complaint is I wish I had listened to her advice and gone for the more extensive treatments. I did not get the results that I was looking for, no fault of the doctor. Dr DeRosa did some touch up for no charge, because she honestly cares about her patients . Listen to Dr DeRosa. She is brilliant and honest. The staff is incredibly sweet and professional and the office is beautiful. I was a horrible patient at times and still they helped with good advice and patience. I would recommend this Dr to anyone, just don’t be a stubborn person ,like myself, and listen to what she tells you. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel good about yourself.

I recently went here for injections for my face and neck and they couldn't have been nicer everything was fully explained and I was treated with the utmost respect from start to finish and I am achieving great results already thank you so much and I look forward to my next visit
