This lovely woman came in to see Dr. Jaimie DeRosa a double board certified facial plastic surgeon regarding her nasal concerns. She was interested in improving her nasal dorsal hump and lateral view of her nose. Dr. DeRosa performed an open rhinoplasty which included removal of the nasal dorsal hump and tip refinement to straighten her nose in the comfort of our AAAA-SF certified surgical center. Here we see results one year later.
