Rhinoplasty - primary nose job on a young woman from the Boston area*

This lovely 21 year old woman came into the DeRosa Clinic on Newbury Street Boston to consult with Dr. Jaimie DeRosa. She was having difficulty breathing and did not like the width of her nose or her dorsal hump or bump, as well as the bulkiness of the tip of her nose. Dr. Jaimie DeRosa, a double board certified facial plastic surgeon, performed an open septorhinoplasty, which included osteotomies, removal of the bump, tip support using septal cartilage grafts from her own nose, and nasal tip refinement. Here we see her results 4 years after the surgery.
