Boston area male seeks correction of nasal deformity with Dr. DeRosa*

This 31 year old young man had difficulty breathing through his nose and also had asymmetries of the nostrils. He did not want drastic changes made to his nose but he did ask Dr. DeRosa to try to fix this problems. Once she talked with him about his concerns and goals for surgery, she examined his nose, and found that his entire septum was shifted into the left nostril and causing his breathing problems. He also had a slight bump on the bridge of his nose, also known as a dorsal hump. To correct these issues, Dr. DeRosa operated on his nose using an open rhinoplasty approach.
