29 year old Boston woman with prominent ears has bilateral otoplasty*

This lovely 29 year old woman was bothered by the appearance of her ears for a long time. She wanted to get her ears closer to her head, as they stuck out too far, which made it hard for her to wear her hair up off her her face, as she didn't want her ears to show. She had been thinking about surgery for a long time and wanted to be able to wear her hair pulled up in a ponytail.
